DataCite, an international organization dedicated to enabling data citation and sharing, recently announced the recipients of its prestigious Global Access Fund Awards ( https://doi.org/10.5438/xr20-pj13). These awards recognize the outstanding efforts of individuals and organizations in supporting data accessibility and openness. DataCite's Global Access Fund Awards stand as a testament to the importance of open data in today's academic landscape. The Information and Library Network Centre has been awarded the DataCite Global Access Fund for conducting Outreach programmes.
The INFLIBNET Centre will conduct a total of 13 Outreach programmes which will include one train-the-trainers programme (Approximately 30 participants), six collaborative programmes with academic and research institutions in six different zones of the country with approximately 50 participants in each program and six webinars with around 250 participants in each programme.
